A popular charcuterie spot in New Albany is expanding and opening a new concept in Norton Commons. Board & You Café is meant to be the perfect blend of “bistro meets charcuterie,” featuring aesthetically pleasing culinary with a focus on premier tastings and quality service.The official ribbon-cutting and grand opening is located at 10711 Meeting St. in Prospect and will take place on Thursday, Aug. 11, at 10 a.m.Nestled in the heart of Norton Commons, the café space will hold seating for 41 guests and feature a 30-foot bar filled with a number of custom co*cktails, alcoholic slushies, coffee and wine pairings, and a carefully hand-crafted menu blending their menu favorites from Board & You Bistro and Custom Charcuterie.The café will also feature a number of grab-and-go options and catering menus, and will offer a unique space for corporate and private event rentals.The café will be open for brunch, lunch, and early dinner bites and drinks with hours of operation from Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and closed on Sunday.“After months and months of anticipation, we are finally ready to serve the Norton Commons community!
