Yes the driver side door got fixed , but when we took our f350 white truck the mirror from the driver side was working before and we just got our truck back truck mirror is not working and Desoto ford dealership is making responsible for the mirror. Not happy customer at all.

Not likely. Wished there was a 0 rating. Very disappointed overall. Caused me a lot of inconvenience and personal expense due to the delays. With due respect, Shop manager seems to be responsive but was not easy to work with. He just kept on blaming insurance adjustor during the entire saga. Being an expert body shop manager he should know better. Never had such a bad experience with any body shop in my life. Whenever, I was promised I had got my vehicle cleaned and repaired well. But not at McHaik collision center. Things could have been handled differently. I learned my lesson the hard way and would never use this shop again neither recommend to any one.
